Trainer: Dr Conor Hughes

Conor worked in large corporates for 21 years, in the UK and in South Africa. Her experience includes both technical and managerial roles at a senior level, working on both sides of the IT and Business divide. She is a scientist by training, an engineer by temperament and a writer for the love of it. At the beginning of 2005, she established her own training and corporate coaching business, and since leaving corporate life has worked at it full time.

Conor holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Liverpool, UK, and is a certified Master Practitioner and a certified Trainer of NLP. She has studied with international experts in the fields of NLP, time line techniques and hypnosis, and works at corporate level with groups and individuals to improve both bottom line results and individual performance.

Conor is a contributing author to the book "Sharing the Passion - Conversations with Coaches" published in April 2006.
