What this course will give you:

• The bridge between your NLP Practice and a Coaching Practice
• An understanding of what coaching is and is not
• An understanding of how NLP provides a perfect coaching model
• An experience of some other models of coaching
• Access to and involvement with other NLP Coaches
• A framework to build your practice on
• A business plan for planning your practice
• Guidelines on creating and running a successful coaching business

The objectives of this training include:

• Getting an overview of coaching as a profession
• Introducing the AHT meta coaching model
• Introducing other AHT coaching models
• Fully realising the skills you already have “in the muscle” - NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner skills
• Taking those NLP coaching skills to a new level - Coaching the Unconscious Mind
• Creating your own model for coaching

What this course is not:

• it is not 'A-become-a-coach-in-6-days' training
• it is not Going to allow you to charge R 1,500/hour after the six days training
• it is not Going to answer every single issue you have about coaching
• it will not Give you 15 years of experience overnight

Coaching is a profession. As such, there is really no end to your training, your build-up of knowledge and experience and your on-going growth and development. Certification as an NLP Coach means that your clients can expect to benefit from your expertise in NLP as well as your expertise in coaching per se and your understanding of coaching as a profession in its own right. This six day course allows you to understand the interface between NLP and coaching, and to structure your NLP skills within a coaching framework.

NLP Master Practitioner Certification course – runs once a year, August, in Cape Town
