NLP grew out of the search for more effective personal development and health care approaches. Twenty five years ago John Grinder, Richard Bandler and a small group of fellow enthusiasts began studying, or modelling, the attitudes, communication style, and interventions of three highly successful therapists - Milton Erickson, Virginia Satir and Fritz Perls. They did this because they had observed that these three were consistently successful in want they did despite their different specialities and approaches. |
